TRI/Princeton Announces 2007-2008 Board of Trustees Elections
Dr. Glennis Orloff, Dr. Karl Krummel Elected To Primary Leadership Positions

Princeton, NJ - TRI is proud to announce the election of the 2007-2008 Board of Trustees. Dr. Glennis Orloff, Program Director of New Products at Schick/Wilkinson Sword, an Energizer Company, will serve her third term as the Chair of the Board. Dr. Karl Krummel, Assistant Vice President of Innovative Raw Materials at Loreal USA, Inc., will succeed Mr. Nunzio Cernero as Vice Chair. And Mr. Nunzio Cernero, former Vice Chair and the President of Nunzio E. Cernero & Company financial consulting firm, has been elected to his fourth term as Chair of the Finance Committee. "We are incredibly pleased with this year's leadership. Their dedication to TRI is unwavering and their support and guidance will allow us to advance in the coming year in immeasurable ways," says Dr. Gail R. Eaton, President of TRI/Princeton.

The Board also elected two new general Trustees. Dr. Kurt Adams, an Innovation Leader for DuPont Chemical Solutions Enterprise, and Dr. Lynn Penn, a Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry at Drexel University, will now work with the TRI Board in developing strategic initiatives aimed at furthering TRI's mission.

Additionally, two long-term members will be departing this year. Dr. Thomas Malafronte served on the Executive Committee from 2001-2007. He is the Director of Global Sales, Personal Care and Pharmaceuticals at Noveon, Inc. Ms. Sheri McCoy has been a member of the TRI Board of Trustees for ten years. During her tenure, Sheri served as Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2001-2004 and served on the Executive Committee from 2001-2007. Ms. McCoy is the Johnson & Johnson Company Group Chairman responsible for the worldwide Ethicon franchise. Dr. Eaton adds, "TRI is very grateful for the work Dr. Malafronte and Ms. McCoy have done over the years. Their leadership helped to set new directions for TRI that we will carry into the future."
