TRI/Princeton Announces 2008-2009 Board of Trustees Elections
Dr. Karl Krummel, Dr. Bill Fraser elected to primary leadership positions

Princeton, NJ - TRI is proud to announce the election of the 2008-2009 Board of Trustees. Dr. Karl Krummel, Assistant Vice President of Innovative Raw Materials at Loreal USA, Inc., has been elected to his first term as Chair of the Board. Dr. Krummel served as Vice Chair in 2007-2008 and has been an active and influential member of the TRI Board and community for many years. Dr. Bill Fraser, Senior Director of Global Technology Alliances at Dow Chemical Company, succeeds Dr. Krummel as Vice Chair. Dr. Fraser served on the Board of Trustees from 1992-2002, then rejoined the Board in 2003, and has previously served as Vice Chair and Chair. His experience and knowledge of TRI have proved invaluable. And Mr. Nunzio Cernero, has been elected to his fifth term as Chair of the Finance Committee. He is the President of Nunzio E. Cernero & Company financial consulting firm and his expertise has assisted TRI greatly during his time on the Board. "We are incredibly pleased with this year's leadership. Their dedication to TRI is unwavering and their support and guidance will allow us to advance in the coming year in immeasurable ways," says Dr. Gail R. Eaton, President of TRI/Princeton.

The Board also elected two new general Trustees. Ms. Linda Foltis, Senior Director - Global Personal Care for International Specialty Products, Inc., and Dr. Michael Manhart, Director of the Beauty Technology Division at Procter & Gamble Company, will now work with the TRI Board in developing strategic initiatives aimed at furthering TRI's mission.
