Registration Information

The registration fees are as follows:

The fee includes admission to all sessions, workshop materials, breakfasts, coffee breaks, buffet dinner (first night), and a copy of the conference proceedings.

Registration Deadline: June 12, 2006

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made on or before June 1, 2006 will receive a refund in the amount of their payment, minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after June 1, 2006 will receive a refund in the amount of their payment, minus a $100 administrative fee. Registrations can be transferred to another person at no charge.
