She has built best-in-class organizations and delivered powerful technical products stories via her expertise in Sensory, Instrumental, Consumer, and Data Sciences.
She has held positions with Procter & Gamble (2008-2016), Imperial Brands PLC (2016-2019), and L’Oréal (2019- present) providing her high expertise in managing consumer insights, claims/demos, sensory, instrumental, and data analytics organizations, helping to sustain and grow ~$800M in sales for major consumer brands (e.g. Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, NYX, Olia, Redken, Kiehl’s, CeraVe, Matrix, Redken, blu e-cigs, Head & Shoulders, COVERGIRL, MaxFactor, Secret, Gillette, Tide, Downy, Pantene, Oral B, and others).
