Diane is an innovative product development specialist in the R&D Beauty space, having developed and launched successful skin, makeup and hair products across the consumer, prestige and professional channels. An accomplished, strategic MBA/scientist with global experience in research, management and leadership, Diane has held various roles within L’Oreal USA and is currently with Shiseido Americas leading the Clinical, Consumer, Claims and Measurement Sciences team. Her expertise encompasses formulation, performance evaluation, claims development and measurement science and has contributed to the launch of successful innovation for global brands such as Maybelline, Garnier, Matrix, Kiehl’s, Lancome and L’Oreal Paris.

With a passion for bringing sustainable innovation to the world through consumer- centricity + science, Diane values operational excellence, team development and social & environmental responsibility.

Diane holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers College and a MBA in the Management of Innovation & Technology from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
