Dayna Paul obtained her Bachelor of Science with a major in Science, along with a concentration in Biology and Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has worked with faculty at Fairleigh Dickinson University as an Independent Research Assistant to design research and experimental studies in the field of Marine Biology, with emphasis on ecological restoration of the ocean. Prior to working with TRI, Dayna has demonstrated a history of work in the fields of infant and adolescent behavior development, law, biology and chemistry. She has also worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Marketing Representative and is currently a member of the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation and National Residence Hall Honorary.

Dayna joined the fabulous TRI Family in May 2021. She is currently contributing to and working on projects surrounding various types of treatments tested through instruments such as, Repeated Grooming and Color Fade. Dayna also focuses on hair treatment for various hair types, sample preparation and is learning more techniques to analyze personal care products. Dayna looks forward to working hard and aims to bring an energetic flare to the fields where she is needed among the Hair Claims and Skin Teams.
