Joe Lupia joined Ciba in 1994 as Senior Scientist in Tarrytown NY, 1996 moved into Plastic Additives technical service, 1998 moved to New Business Development for Care Chemicals in North Carolina followed by a move to Switzerland in 2006 working in Global Marketing and Business Management, returned to Tarrytown in 2006 as R&D head for both Care chemicals and part of Central Research.

In 2010 he joined BASF and moved to LU in Central Research followed by an assignment to create a new Personal Care TKAM Lab, moved back to the US in Florham Park in 2012 as Care Chemical NA R&D Director.

He is a highly motivated, results oriented professional with over 20 years of varied R&D, Technical Service, New Commercial Product Development, Marketing and Business expertise in the Plastics and Home and Personal Care marketplace.
