Matthew Jarosz (Matt) began at TRI as a temporary employee who was hired to help the skin team with an FT-IR project. He was asked to stay because of his diverse background, and with that his diverse skill set.

Matt gained his diverse background from his previous titles such as customer service representative, warehouse manager, quality control technician, sales territory manager, senior design technician, and senior research and development technician.

While working, Matt has obtained an Associate degree in Information Technology and has started working towards a Bachelor’s degree.

Matt currently works with hair team but helps the entire TRI Princeton team when needed. Matt assists with hair research as well as doing physical testing for clients. Testing that  Matt does (but is not limited to) includes hair prep and treatment, tensile, fatigue, friction, repeated grooming, wet and dry combing, dry time, split-end closure, color change, FT-IR, motion, shine, DVS, and DSC.
