Margarita Yatskayer is the Head of the Clinical and Instrumental Evaluation Team at L’Oréal R&I USA, with over 25 years of experience in the cosmetics industry.

Holding a Master’s degree in Microbiology from LIU, Margarita began her career as a scientist at Unilever, where she built a strong foundation in product research and development. She later joined L’Oréal, where she has held multiple leadership roles, driving innovation at the intersection of science, consumer insight, and technology. 

Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams in validating breakthrough cosmetic solutions, with a strong focus on clinical efficacy and instrumental evaluation. Her work has significantly contributed to strengthening L’Oréal’s reputation as a global leader in the beauty industry.
