Alexa Wong earned her PhD in Chemistry from Northwestern University, specializing in nanomaterials. Currently, Alexa serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at TRI Princeton, where she is a member of the skin & bio-substrates group. Her work spans both hair and skin research, leveraging spectroscopic techniques to investigate the chemical changes that occur upon environmental changes and product application. Alexa looks forward to continuing to grow as a researcher and expanding her expertise at the intersection of chemistry and personal care science.
