Call for Conference Sponsorship!

The 12th TRI International Conference on Applied Hair Science is fast-approaching, with the four keynote speakers all announced. However, this conference cannot take place without the generous sponsorships that we receive – we are very grateful to the kind donations made in previous years that help contribute towards the conference costs. 

In particular, conference sponsorship helps keep ticket prices low, which, with the online access that TRI also provides, ensures that the event is inclusive and accessible – bringing high quality science and education to as many people as possible. For example, our conference in 2024 attracted 445 attendees, roughly 100 of whom attended the live event in New Jersey. Attendees watched 23 high quality podium presentations and viewed over 20 posters. All the presentations can be viewed in the TRI Library – and are free to access for TRI Member Companies. In fact, the conference reaches hair scientists all around the world, with delegates joining on-line from as far away as Hong Kong and New Zealand. 

There are three levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold and Silver, each with differing outcomes. 

Platinum Level	$10,000
Unlimited registrations on-line, and up to six (6) live event tickets. A representative from your company will have the opportunity to be session chair, introducing speakers in your sponsored session. Presentation of the company name and logo on the conference registration site, live conference website and phone app, and the option of having a live and on-line exhibitor booth.
Gold Level	$6,500
Up to ten (10) registrations live and online, including, up to four (4) live event tickets. A representative from your company will have the opportunity to be session chair, introducing speakers in your sponsored session. Presentation of the company name and logo on the conference registration site, live conference website and phone app, and the option of having a live and on-line exhibitor booth.
Silver Level	$3,500
Up to five (5) registrations live and online, including, up to three (3) live event tickets. Presentation of the company name and logo on the conference registration site, live conference website and phone app.

Product Showcase Opportunities

For even greater exposure, display your company and products in the Product Showcase. The showcase will be open during the cocktail reception on Thursday evening, as well as during every networking break.

Includes:

• Exhibit table in the showcase area

• Company description in conference program

• Repeated face-to-face networking opportunities with conference attendees

• One complimentary registration to the live conference
