Happy new year to you! We wish you, and your families, peace, health, and prosperity in 2026.

2025 was a busy one for the TRI team, with members attending several conferences worldwide, including NYSCC Suppliers Day in New York, Hair’S 2025 in Augsberg and IFSCC Cannes. We also hosted our annual TRI Talks, the 2025 Hair Course and our inaugural Fatigue Symposium and set-up the TRI Academy.

It’s looking like 2026 will be no different, with a plethora of courses and conferences available. As ever, TRI Member companies continue to reap the rewards of joining us, including consultations with our experts, reduced rates on events, access to the TRI Library and attendance at the Research Advisory Forum. TRI Talks 2026

14^th and 28^th January, and 11^th February 2026

Talks are still to come from Dr Larry Senak (Principal Scientist at TRI Princeton), Dr Ernesta Malinauskyte (Director of Hair Research, TRI Princeton) and Dr Samuel Gourion-Arsiquaud (Director of Skin & Bio-Substrates, TRI Princeton). All talks promise to be excellent. Please use this link to register for all three talks. Talks will also be available to TRI Member companies for free after the event, or as a box set for purchase by non-members. 

Hair Course

Online and in-person at TRI Princeton

15^th and 16^th April 2026

A training course designed for anyone new to the hair category, either in a technical or business role, with delivery of course materials by the experts at TRI. As ever, this course will be live streamed online and there will also be limited places for attendance on-site at TRI. Member companies receive reduced rates. Registration will open in due course. 

12th International Conference on Applied Hair Science

Online and in-person at the Oyster Point Hotel, Red Bank, New Jersey

2^nd to 4^th June, 2026

The 12th TRI International Conference on Applied Hair Science is a world-leading biennial conference for hair science.  The conference features scientific advances made in hair biology, hair structure and properties, hair damage and new methods and technologies. Register your interest here.

Principles of Skin Measurement & Claims Course

Online and in-person at TRI Princeton

15^th and 16^th September, 2026

A training course designed for anyone involved in the development of new skin care products. This course will be live streamed online and there will also be limited places for attendance on-site at TRI. Member companies receive reduced rates. Registration will open in due course.

Throughout the year, we’ll also be attending events ourselves as delegates so keep an eye out for them!
