Registration for the Hair Course 2026 Now Open!

Registrations for the popular ‘Fundamentals of Hair Science and Hair Claims’ course are now open. The course will take place on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th April 2026 and will be live streamed online. There are also limited places for attendance on-site at TRI. Free tickets and discounts available to TRI member companies. 10% Early bird discounts are available to anyone before 27th February (use discount code EXTENDEDEARLYBIRD).

The course will be given by TRI staff, as well as selected external speakers, and is a must-attend for anyone new to the hair category, either in a technical or business role. There will be three distinct sessions:
Introduction to hair structure and biology, and to hair claims substantiation
Introduction to hair product science and how hair products work
Hair Claims Testing Methods
Registration for in person, live attendance costs $325 (per person). Online registration costs $250
(per person).
TRI member companies are entitled to free registrations (in person attendance or online) and 10%
discount on further places. Supporting Partnership members are entitled to 2 free places, Sustaining
Partnership members 4 free places, and Founding Partnership members to 10 free places. To access
free places, please login into ‘My account’ on the TRI website and then register for the event. At the
final payment stage, please use the following codes: 2FREETICKETS (Supporting), 4FREETICKETS
(Sustaining) and 10FREETICKETS (Founding). All member companies, including Entrepreneurial
Partnerships, automatically get a 10% membership discount on further tickets. Only people logged-
in as staff members at the appropriate member company will be able to use these special discount
codes and access automatic member discounts.
Discounts (75% discount) are also available to students. Please contact us if would like academic

Those who attend TRI in-person will also have the opportunity to attend the ‘TRI Laboratory demos’ session on the final afternoon, as well as a social event on the first evening at TRI HQ.
